Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded, if notice is received by The Birds and the Teas 24 hrs, prior to the scheduled delivery date. The Birds and the Teas  will be unable to cancel orders that have already despatched through couriers/post.

The Birds and the Teas will take every care when packing breakable items. If there  is damage during transit, the company will replace the broken item. Any damage on delivery must be reported within 48hrs of receipt of goods.

We do not accept liability for any errors arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased.
